My eSIM won't activate

Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible and connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Try scanning the QR code again from the "My eSIMs" tab.

I can't see my order

After payment, your eSIM appears under "My eSIMs" within seconds. If not, check your confirmation email or contact us.

My connection is slow

Speed depends on the local operator and network coverage in your area. Try restarting your device or toggling airplane mode.

I want a refund

If your eSIM hasn't been activated, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@simio.io with your order number.
